    Dear Dr Bell, i very un happy with the way i have been treated at the health centre.
    1 i came in January you said i had flu, my bloods was done , i heard no more till i came again when you said someone should have rang to say i needed to come back as i am short of iron and oxygen, this should have been looked at more, , i was told later told by another Dr i had a chest infection and should have been treated>Why no one rang me and the reason why my body is so short of iron and oxygen
    2 when i past out i came and asked to have my bloods done, thats when it showed i was short of oxygen and poor iron level . i was given iron tablets. with no follow up bloods , i was meant to be having iron injection still i havent heard anything
    3 i find myself very ill last week, could hardly talk , coughing loads, i was rushed to scarborough A and E. and was told i had Pneumonia, i spent a week in there wher i was given wrong medication and wasnt with it for several hours. i was told to make appointment for bloods done, to see if the pueumonia had cleared, first i rang am ,was told unless i have a form from hospital your practice would not do i blood test, so i left a while rang back pm, after spending ages to get appointment for bloods. i then asked if i could come see you or another doctor was told no, i suffer with really bad depression , which after last week i am worse , i neededto talk to you, as well other things. i am close to breaking point, . i have to many illnesses to deal with, and hardly come to see a Dr, i try and manage
    4 they will be a full complaint going in. against the practice . the way i am treated and way some of the staff talk to me,


    I would be very graetfull in you could post the forms i need to take the matter further
